Shipping policy

Delivery is included in the price of every order. There is no separate shipping charge.

Los Angeles and Miami. Same day by courier, to a house, an office, a restaurant or a venue.

Everywhere else in the United States. Next day. Orders placed by 1 pm Pacific, which is 4 pm Eastern, ship for next-day delivery. Orders placed after that cutoff ship the following business day.

How it is packed. An insulated box with ice. Inside: the caviar in a sealed tin, mother of pearl spoons, a Caviar & Truffle key for opening the tin, and a Caviar & Truffle bag.

Choosing a delivery day. Caviar is perishable. Order so the box arrives on a day someone is there to take it in. A tin left at a front desk or on a doorstep over a weekend is a wasted tin.

When it arrives. Refrigerate at -2 to +2 C, 28 to 38 F. A sealed tin holds about a week. Once opened, finish it within three days.
