Shipping
Caviar is perishable, so how it travels is part of the product. This is exactly how it is packed, how long it takes and what happens if something is wrong.
Delivery is included
There is no separate shipping charge. The price you see is the price you pay, in Los Angeles, in Miami and anywhere else in the United States.

Los Angeles and Miami
Same day by courier, to a house, an office, a restaurant or a venue. Send us the address and the hour it has to be there and we confirm the window before the courier leaves. See same day delivery in Los Angeles and Miami.
Everywhere else in the United States
Next day. Order by 1 pm Pacific, which is 4 pm Eastern, and it ships for next-day delivery. After that it goes out the next business day.
How it is packed
An insulated box with ice. Inside:
- The caviar in a sealed tin, packed cold
- Mother of pearl spoons
- A Caviar & Truffle key for opening the tin
- A Caviar & Truffle bag
Picking the delivery day
Order so the box arrives on a day someone is there to take it in. A tin left at a front desk or on a doorstep over a weekend is a wasted tin. For a home address, earlier in the week is safer.
When it arrives

Put it in the coldest part of your fridge, -2 to +2 C, 28 to 38 F. A sealed tin holds about a week. Once opened, finish it within three days. Take it out twenty minutes before serving so it is not fridge cold.
If something is wrong
Tell us. We refund the order or replace it. We ask that the product is sent back to us first.
Large and event orders
Event orders start at 1 lb (454 g), and a large order is easier on three days of notice. Late in the day is often still possible in Los Angeles and Miami, so ask us rather than guessing. See caviar for weddings and private events and corporate caviar gifts.
